At pro.riskine.com we offer all registered users access to our demo version and thereby the opportunity to gain insights from our white label solutions. By creating an account, you agree to the processing of the following data: First name, last name, email address, phone number and company. After activating the account by confirming your email address, your data will be stored in our customer management system (HubSpot). Your data will be stored on our server until the customer account is deleted.
Within the system, entered data is automatically anonymized after the session ends. This anonymization deletes your name, E-mail, IP address, street name, house number and day and month of birth after each active session. The remaining data is used and evaluated in this anonymized state for statistical purposes, together with data on click behavior. An exception are erroneous sessions. These are stored at least one week for troubleshooting purposes before they are automatically deleted. Even anonymized data will not be passed on to third parties.
On our website you have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter. We distinguish between the "riskine Newsletter", which contains general information about our company, articles, and industry-relevant information, and the "riskine Release Letter", which we use to communicate detailed and technical updates about our products.

We process your data for the purpose of handling the application process. Unless previously revoked by you, we reserve the right to store your data for the duration of the complete application process and beyond for six months. After the six months, the data of all applicants will be automatically and irrevocably deleted and will only be kept on record for future open positions if expressly requested.

To operate our website, we require hosting services such as infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space, database services, security, and maintenance services.
We or our hosting service provider IPAX GmbH process server log files (including website accessed, file, time of access, data volume, browser and operating system information, referrer website, IP address, user provider). Log files are stored for security reasons (clarification of abuse or fraud) for a maximum of 12 months. If it is necessary for evidentiary purposes due to an incident, data may also be stored for longer. We have concluded an order data processing contract with our hosting provider.
