What the Risk Sentiment Recommender does?

The Risk Sentiment Recommender (RSR) monitors (social) media and enables new information about the risk awareness of customers.


It analyses real-time trends in online and social media with regard to the 8 life risks. Each risk consists of several sub-risks that are searched and evaluated using keywords in the web.


The collected data gets stored in real-time in a graph database.


Trend issues can be identified in a focused way - for example with regard to regionality and target group.
